ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Applies a variety of approaches to gather information including the identification of information gaps and methods for closing gaps and use of client requirements knowledge to conduct research. 2. Evaluates potential solutions to complex and high-risk situations by assessing their relevance and impact to the organization. 3. Performs the following above proficiency with minimal supervision: Develops an OSINT collection plan in order to satisfy a given intelligence requirement, evaluates and “vets” sources of PAI information and produces OSINT reporting in order to satisfy a given intelligence requirements. 4. Performs the following above proficiency with minimal supervision: Employs tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) when conducting PAI collection, in order to mitigate operational risk and adhere to laws and policies governing the collection and use of PAI. 5. Anticipates problems and obstacles associated with moderately complex projects and proactively develop creative solutions to address them prior to implementation. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Previous user of Managed Attribution application. 2. Language (Chinese Mandarin or Russian) proficiency level of 2/2/2.
