INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assessing, developing and implementing training curriculum in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Navy (DoN) policies and guidance; 2) Applying analytical methods and techniques to conduct research, analyze data and evaluate performance of training programs (e.g., Ready Relevant Learning (RRL), accession training, professional development); 3) Collaborating with personnel to plan and manage project resources, budgets and technology requirements to achieve training goals; and 4) Utilizing DoD educational tools and delivery systems (e.g., Corporate Enterprise Training Activity Resources Systems [CeTARs], Enterprise Training Resource Manager System (eTRIMS), Content Planning Module/Learning Object Module (CPM/LOM)) to support the development and management of formal training courses.
