FOR NT-05 (GS-13/14 equivalent): In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent), or grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience as a professional accountant analyzing accounting/financial systems to solve a variety of accounting problems. FOR NT-06 (GS-14/15 equivalent): In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-05 (GS-13/14 equivalent), or grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience as a professional accountant conducting integrated assignments between and among programs, systems, functions, policies, and various issues. Examples of qualifying experience may include experience conducting examinations that require an integrated analysis of intricate and complex accounting systems, business activities, and financing over a broad range of industries, occupations, and specialized entities; experience comprehensively planning, analyzing, determining cost/benefit relationships, and coordinating a great variety of functions, operations, teams, or interfacing administrative systems related to accounting. You will serve as a Manager/Supervisory Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Accounting Division of NAVSURFWARFCTR PANAMA CITY DIVISION. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-06 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-14 and GS-15 grade levels. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14 grade levels.
