You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Specialized Experience For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as ALL of the following: – Developing or conducting systems related training or presentations; AND – Experience leading and gathering requirements for system solutions or system testing including identifying, reporting, or resolving system issues or defects; AND – Conducting, analyzing, or coordinating systems related projects or process improvement/efficiency reviews. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-13, you must have been at the GS-12 level for 52 weeks.
This position is located at Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Administrative Resource Center – Human Resources Systems Division. As a Human Resources Specialist (Information Systems), you will be responsible for providing expert technical support in the HR Systems line of business that provides customer support, analysis, and training services for a variety of HR systems, programs and functions.
