Specialized Experience: To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized Experience is utilizing specialized technical purchasing methods and procedures for complex purchases, including the solicitation, negotiation and awarding of bilateral purchase orders for unique equipment or services.
As a Purchasing Agent, you will perform a variety of analysis pertaining to procurement, financial systems, and management activities to facilitate the acquisition of supplies, services, and repair and alterations services for Federal Buildings. Location of position: General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Contract Operations Branch, in Boston, MA We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
