Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 or DP-02 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting data and trend analysis of workforce data; conducting barrier analysis to identify employment policies, practices, or procedures that may negatively impact equal employment opportunity; and drafting or writing the command’s EEO Program Status Report (MD-715 report).
