Your resume must demonstrate at least I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-06) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing supply support to include the receipt, stowage/issue, packing and shipping, processing requisitions, quality assurance, equipment management and oversight of supply processes and procedures. Specialized experience may including the following: 1) Following prescribed procedures to conduct quality assurance surveillance methods such as random sampling, planned sampling and evaluating customer service complaints to assist with analyzing performance; 2) Performing quality control investigations throughout various areas i.e.,.storage, receiving, packing, shipping, or inventory control; 3) Assisting with analyzing and evaluating supply operation performance to ensure compliance with established standards; 4) Investigating customer complaints and deficiency reports to recommend corrective actions; 5) Preparing quality surveillance reports and maintaining files.
