Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent grade level) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing technical engineering leadership and guidance in software installation, testing, or development to validate and integrate shipboard electronic warfare systems or subsystems for combat readiness and technological advancement and sustainment of the fleet. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary for the NT-05 position may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $136,323.
