Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Gathering and conducting interviews with customers to review details of the contract and discuss the process for reporting and handling customer comments; 2) Preparing cost analysis and estimates to determine Contractor proposal reasonableness for modifications; and 3) Conducting performance assessment of Contractors’ operations to ensure proper procedures are followed.
