GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing duties such as drafting formal correspondence on disciplinary and adverse action notices, performance-based problem notices, processing grievances and appeals; dealing with complex and sensitive conduct issues, and directly advising managers or supervisors on preparing disciplinary and adverse actions. GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing duties in employee relations to include representing an entity in preparing of proposed disciplinary actions, assisting with decision letters in disciplinary cases, and conducting oral meetings relative to discipline and/or conducting or reviewing personnel misconduct investigations involving complex and sensitive conduct issues.
