AQUISITION SPECIALIST

To qualify for the GS-13 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience conducting pre- and post-award procurement actions, conforming to acquisition regulations, policies, and procedures Experience reviewing vendor contract proposals to determine reasonableness of prices for labor, materials, other direct costs, and profit Experience utilizing automated information tools and data bases to analyze data, export reports, and produce concise conclusions for reporting on contracting data Experience analyzing unique performance work descriptions to identify or resolve problems in contract specifications Experience reviewing contract proposals for compliance with the solicitation and directing source selection Experience reviewing contracts to determine their effectiveness and efficiency.
