To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade. To qualify for the Grade 14, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-13, it must include: Experience developing and administering recruitment and outreach programs by applying strategic planning, recruitment, outreach, and placement concepts and practices. Experience advising on recruiting and outreach strategies, programs and plans to meet current and future critical workforce needs. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas: Leadership: Influences, motivates, and challenges others; adapts leadership styles to a variety of situations. Recruitment: Knowledge of HR concepts, principles, and practices related to identifying, attracting, and selecting individuals and placing them into positions to address changing organizational needs. In this position, the incumbent will serve as Team Leader for the Recruitment, Outreach and Diversity (ROaD) Team. In this role, the incumbent is responsible for providing leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of FHWA’s outreach and recruitment programs. Additionally, the incumbent also conducts program reviews and analysis to ensure the administration of the programs are aligned with the Agencys corporate goals, objectives, and strategies.
