Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer applying theories, principles or engineering processes for facilities infrastructure, safety systems projects, or program coordination. Examples of qualifying experience may include: defining project requirements, developing cost estimates, or detailing scopes or work for project requirements packages and/or contracting actions.
