Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: ???????1) Conducting inspections of housing facilities to evaluate the cleanliness, maintenance and habitability of the unit, furnishings, and equipment; 2) Applying applicable federal, command, and local policy to housing management (i.e. assignment, inspections, maintenance, cleanliness, etc.); 3) Counseling service members on the availability, type, and size of quarters available; 4) Planning work assignments based on priorities and staff capabilities; and 5) Monitoring housing operations by conducting technical audits or studies, evaluating expenditures, and observing funding limitations.
