In addition to basic education requirements, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalent grade level) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional engineer, providing programmatic and technical leadership for planning, managing, and executing projects involving testing, development, and integration of airborne electronics attack systems to serve as countermeasures against radar or threat systems for sustainment of warfare programs. You will serve as an ENGINEER in the Spectrum Warfare Dept (WX), Airborne Electronics Attack Systems Division (WXS), within the Advanced AEA Technologies Branch (WXSX) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The ND-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-14 and GS-15.
