You may qualify at the NH 04 , if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-III or equivalent (GS-13) grade level in the Federal service as listed below: Perform personnel management activities to include leading teams of personnel from various functions or disciplines, and providing direction or guidance to subordinate employees regarding policies, procedures and directives of management. Create, review, and deliver governance documentation, strategies, road maps, charters, and standards. Manage workloads of subordinate employees. Demonstrate experience of DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) or similar Architecture Framework. Demonstrate experience in the application of DoD Data Strategy and policy as well as ability to read data models. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Problem Solving – Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
