Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, ND-4 (GS-12/13 equivalent), or grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional engineer overseeing the coordination and integration of engineering test and evaluation procedures and requirements to support the design, development, or improvement of electronic warfare system technology for the efficiency and advancement of the warfighter and supporting programs. You will serve as an ENGINEER in the Spectrum Warfare Systems Dept (WX), Expeditionary Electronic Warfare Systems Division (WXQ), Product Support Branch (WXQN) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The ND-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-14 and GS-15.
