For GS 15: One year of experience (equivalent to at least the GS-14 level or pay band in the Federal service) that includes performing the following duties:1) Performing collaborative data analytics to improve operational efficiencies; 2) Developing process improvement and strategic plans for an organization; 3) Advising and assisting senior leaders on change management; 4) Independently carrying out significant projects and studies to meet constantly changing demands.
