GS-14: To qualify at the GS-14 level, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level: Supporting program or project planning by assisting in areas such as the establishment of performance metrics, analyzing schedules, and/or implementing processes to facilitate scientific or technological program activities; Contributing to strategic concepts, integration plans, and/or program management approaches; Assisting in the creation and refinement of processes for scientific or technological development activities. GS-15: To qualify at the GS-15 level, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level: Leading and managing long-term program or project planning, which may include establishing performance metrics, analyzing schedules, and/or implementing processes to support scientific or technological program activities; Developing strategic concepts, integration plans, and/or program management approaches; Creating and refining processes for scientific or technological development activities. The Science Mission Directorate (SMD) at NASA Headquarters is seeking a qualified Program Executive to support the implementation and management of science data management and computing activities across SMD. This position will report to the Deputy Chief Science Data Officer and involves close collaboration with all SMD Divisions to develop strategies, assess, implement, and manage data and computing capabilities, and establish reusable agreements and processes.
