MANAGEMENT ANALYST

For GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying analytical and evaluative techniques to identify and resolve issues or problems relating to personnel, civilian time keeping, travel management, supply management and related activities. Experience preparing, reviewing, and maintaining management databases and systems, command instructions and notices, and staff communication. Experience assisting with budget administration, purchase requisitions, obligations, expenditures and processing funding requests. Experience assisting with the administration of Defense Travel System (DTS) and Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) programs. Experience assisting with the management of personnel programs and all matters relating to manpower/manning (military and civilian) programs. Experience as a DTS certifying official, ensuring all DTS authorizations, vouchers and local vouchers are approved in accordance with command protocol.
