Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Researching and interpreting civilian personnel laws, regulations, and directives to prepare responses to legislative or executive agency inquiries pertaining to civilian human resources. Preparing various ad-hoc reports, briefings, and executive summaries related to HR issues for higher level review. Experience leading a team of senior human resource professionals that are responsible for staffing, recruitment, classification, performance management, and awards. Serving as a subject matter expert in advising senior leaders on varied and complex issues such as compensation, recruitment and staffing, policy, and performance management.
