To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience: 1) Developing and analyzing long and short term strategies for the accomplishment of goals and objectives; 2) Evaluating program performance to identify problems or issues and recommending process improvements, corrective measures and/or alternatives; 3) Analyzing and providing technical advice and direction in the development and implementation of real estate policy; and 4) Leading or managing a multi-functional teams as project manager and providing training, mentoring and guidance to accomplish organizational goals.
As a Supervisory Real Estate Program Manager you are responsible for the overall management and facilitation of high level program and project management functions of complex, mid-size to large politically sensitive customer assigned projects. Location of position: GSA, PBS, NCR in the Office of Portfolio Management and Real Estate (OPMRE). We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
