Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-3 (GS-09/11 equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer providing engineering support and assessing risk by using expert technical knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems for an organization.
