Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. 1.) Maintaining close involvement with Program Managers/IPT Leaders in development and attainment of overall goals and objectives with respect to engineering software for aircrafts and components. 2.) Establishing performance standards, assessing performances, counseling, evaluating subordinates’ performance, and recommending awards. 3.) Assigning, managing, and controlling workload to ensure maximum utilization of resources to meet all customer requirements. 4.) Establishing well-documented, standard processes for use throughout the organization, and ensuring new technology and lessons learned are incorporated. 5.)
