Education Services Facilitator

Knowledge of and experience in the delivery of education services with a focus on human/personal growth and development. Expertise in program development, curriculum delivery, curriculum review and update. Ability to present information to diverse groups/organizations in a clear and concise manner. Skilled in the use of presentation technology to include PowerPoint software and audiovisual equipment. Demonstrated ability in agency collaboration and network development. Ability to utilize personal computers and knowledge of a variety of software. Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Other related duties as assigned.
The primary purpose of the ESF position is to plan, implement and administer education services/programs for the Fleet and Family Services Department at Naval Base Kitsap.
