U.S. Marine Corps - Department of the Navy

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a Human Resources Department, Business Office or equivalent required. High School Diploma or GED required. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely over the phone and in person. Ability to analyze and solve problems, use sound judgement, critically and creatively think, organize and plan. Ability to prioritize tasks, escalating issues if needed. Ability to work independently, while functioning as part of a team. Must have the ability to listen and understand information presented, interacting well with others and with a diverse audience. Must have the ability to use considerable discretion, judgement and confidentiality. Must be able to maintain confidentiality within the HR department. Continued employment is subject to a favorable adjudication of the security investigation.
