FOOD SERVICE WORKER A04 FLEX

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be skilled in various phases of food service operations with specialized experience and training in food preparation. Knowledge of the operation of kitchen equipment. Ability to operate a cash register. Simple arithmetic and the ability to read instructions are required. Working knowledge of common sanitation procedures to prevent contamination of food products and maintain clean equipment. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Must be able to obtain SERV Safe Food-Handler Certification within 30 days of hire, and prior to handling food.
