Experience requirements are described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions. Required Qualifications United States Citizenship Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade, GS-11 or equivalent in other pay systems. Specialized experience must include experience providing human resources management program guidance in areas such as effective recruitment and conducting human resource management studies on organizational analysis. Desired Qualifications College level business administration courses (i.e. Business communication, Human Resource courses, Info systems, etc.) Work experience in human resource or business administration positions Past or current professional Human Resource Memberships Detailed oriented Organized Team Player Good writing and verbal communication skills Able to research, study and interpret guidance Experience in Microsoft Office
