Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. To qualify for GS-12, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level: Researching and analyzing information for accuracy and then translating information into the As-Built Configuration Status System (ABCSS) database, or similar; Preparing summaries, reports, charts, or graphs utilizing narrative quantitative and statistical data; Serving as a records authority and extracting configuration, non-conformance, recurrence control, or other various information for management or stakeholders. As a Records and Information Management Specialist within the Safety and Mission Assurance Directorate, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties relating to the development, operation, and maintenance of electronic data bases and the analysis of quality assurance technical and program data contained in those data bases.
