This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. The Screen-out Element for this position is: THE ABILITY TO WORK WITHOUT MORE THAN NORMAL SUPERVISION such as: Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, drawings, and work orders. Experience using complex multipoint suspension techniques to permit maneuvering over and around obstacles by titling, dipping and turning the suspended loads using proper technique. Experience moving large, heavy objects in open and confined spaces Experience planning, assembling, repairing and installing complex weight handling gear and various standing and running rigging. Experience directing cranes and operating hoists, forklifts and/ or hand trucks to handle heavier material and equipment.
