Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialist experience at or equivalent to the DP-3 grade level or pay band (GS-9-11) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Demonstrating subject matter expert with software development, software design/architecture, and modern software toolsets (DevOps, Jira, etc.); 2) Recommending airworthiness certification for granting interim and/or permanent flight clearances by systematically building the safety case through the review of artifacts (deliverables); 3) Assessing the software development for functional, performance and execution progress to achieve mission effectiveness through the execution of sound engineering processes, alignment to Technical Performance Measures (TPMs) and planned resources.
