FINANCIAL TECHNICIAN

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-08 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyze non-standard financial resource related processes to provide briefings to key personnel, senior planners, and consultants; Examine financial documents to verify accuracy, adequacy of documentation, and compliance with regulations for goods and services provided and reconcile discrepancies; Assist with providing routine direction to leadership and personnel regarding financial procedural and technical information. You will serve as a Financial Technician responsible for assisting with the management control and execution of financial and resource related functions. You will assist in the administration of the Government Travel and Purchase Card programs as well as preparing financial reports and tracking statistical data and other records associated with these programs. This position is located within the Resource Management Office of NAVY INFO OPERATIONS CMD GEORGIA, Fort Eisenhower, Georgia.
