In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. For the CP-13 level you must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the CP-12/GS-14 level that is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience is defined as experience which includes: 1) interpreting, analyzing, and developing accounting and financial management policies to ensure the agency-wide accounting systems meet USCP requirements; 2) reviewing and provide timely responses to internal and external audit queries; and 3) identifying and implementing changes and improvements to internal controls within the APD.
