GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: operating HR/personnel systems (i.e., DCPDS, TWMS, HR Link, Onboarding Manager, etc.); generating and reviewing personnel actions (i.e., RPAs and SF-50s); applying Human Resources recruitment and staffing regulations; and developing new/modified HR work methods, approaches, or procedures for delivering effective HR services. GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: operating HR/personnel systems (i.e., DCPDS, TWMS, HR Link, Onboarding Manager, etc.); generating and reviewing personnel actions (i.e., RPAs and SF-50s); and applying Human Resources recruitment and staffing regulations.
