Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-04) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing work requiring a practical knowledge of office supply, office administration, and personnel support to provide management assistance. Specialized experience may include the following: 1) Develops presentations and reports for management briefs; 2) Provides telephone services such as answering phone calls and refers calls to appropriate personnel; 3) Greets visitors and refers them to appropriate organization; 4) Maintains office files and personnel records; 5) Receives, reviews and distributes mail based upon subject matter and content. You will serve as an Office Assistant in the Nuclear Reactor Supply Chain Management Directorate (NRSCMD) of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
