Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing technical guidance under multiple engineering disciplines regarding the design, operation, and maintenance of Weight Handling Equipment (WHE); 2) Troubleshooting a wide range of electrical design elements (e.g. repairs, modifications, maintenance, etc.) of WHE and its component systems; 3) Applying technical engineering concepts, principles, and procedures according to federal codes applicable to WHE; 4) Performing common electrical analysis and engineering calculations to prepare contract documents to include scope of work, specifications, and cost estimates. You will serve as a ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN (ELECTRICAL) in the WEIGHT HANDLING EQUIPMENT (WHE) COMPLIANCE DIVISION of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC.
