Program Manager (Deputy Product Lead Acquisition)

This is a pay banded position. The NH-04 encompasses grades 14 and 15 on the General Schedule. This position is subject to a control point at the GS-14, step 10 ($165,197) equivalency. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience is defined as: 1) Experience applying budget and financial management for major acquisition programs; 2) Experience managing comprehensive Program Objective Memorandum briefs for multi-million dollar programs; 3) Experience evaluating programs to determine effective use of resources; and 4) Experience leading a team of professionals to include planning, prioritizing, and assigning workload. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03 or GS-13).
