GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying Human Resources rules, procedures, and operations to perform to process a variety of personnel actions, to include providing information and advice on the use of automated HR action processing systems in an HR organization. GS-06: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: applying Human Resources rules, procedures, and operations to assist in processing a personnel actions for an HR organization. You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT/OA) in the OFFICE OF CIVILIAN HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS. OCHR Operations has a current Telework policy, that, at a minimum, requires employees to physically report to the official worksite at least twice in each biweekly pay period. Note: All Telework Agreements are subject to approval at the discretion of the Supervisor based on mission requirements. Telework is not guaranteed.
