You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Decision Making Managing Human Resources Oral Communication Planning and Evaluating Technical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13) Developing, coordinating, and executing plans for the accomplishment of mobilization and contingency planning; Executing military training programs in support of units; Planning and directing intelligence activities to include those required to safeguard classified defense information, equipment and material; and Exercising authority to approve the allocation and distribution of funds in an organization’s budget.

About the Position: Serve as the Director of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security (DPTMS) Directorate at a large multi-mission installation, responsible for execution of traditional DPTMS operations in support of garrison/tenant units.
