Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 pay band (GS-12/13 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: As a professional engineer or scientist developing cost, schedule and performance objectives related to SPY-1 System and Programs (e.g., missile defense radar technologies). You will serve as a Program Manager in the Radar Technologies Division, Spectrum Warfare Systems Department of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This is not a high-grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-14, Step 10 (currently $158,860).
