PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (AIRCRAFT) (TITLE 32)

MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Compatible military grade and assignment required prior to the effective date of placement. Selected candidate must be MOS qualified within 12 months from date of appointment. Title 32 employees will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor (grade inversion). Warrant Officer – Branch 15; MOS 151A or 153A Enlisted – CMF 15; MOS 92A, 94E, or 94R GENERAL EXPERIENCE: General experience, education or training which indicates you can reason in quantitative terms, can express yourself orally and in writing, and understand the terminology and data pertaining to the repair operations and processes characteristic of a production activity. GS-09 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have 24 months of specialized experience in production control functions which provided you with a general knowledge of the functions and procedures of shop production control, records, references, and techniques for developing production control data. Experience assisting or maintaining workflow by identifying problem areas in work delays or stoppages, and scheduling workflow in more than one area; and was responsible for coordinating products or materials from support activities.
