To qualifiy at the GS-14 grade level you must have: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes experience with coordination of real property activities with Federal, state, local agencies/governments; Experience with the development and implementation of quality assurance techniques for real property actions to ensure compliance with appropriate policies, procedures, delegations and regulations; Overseeing timelines and scheduled real property actions; Detailed knowledge of principles and procedures for conducting real estate transaction in accordance with AR-405-80, Management of Title and Granting Use of Real Property and AR 405-90, Disposal.
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Real Estate Personnel to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as Deputy Chief of Real Estate Division, is fully responsible for planning, organizing, developing and coordinating all military and civil real estate programs. Administers the functions of Acquisition Branch, Management and Disposal Branch, and Technical Services Branch.
