Compensation
$75,000 per year

About the Role
This role provides dedicated executive support to a Chief Revenue Officer leading go-to-market strategy, revenue planning, and cross-functional execution across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. The position requires exceptional discretion, strong judgment, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
A major focus of the role is proactive calendar and inbox management, including prioritizing communications, drafting responses, identifying urgent matters, and ensuring important commitments and follow-ups are not missed. This is a fully dedicated position supporting one executive and helping keep both day-to-day operations and high-priority initiatives organized.
What You’ll Do
Calendar and Inbox Management
- Own and manage a complex, frequently changing executive calendar across multiple time zones.
- Prioritize meetings and commitments, protect focus time, and help keep the CRO prepared for upcoming responsibilities.
- Triage incoming communications, identify urgent matters, draft responses, and ensure high-priority items receive timely attention.
Project Coordination
- Track initiatives across the revenue organization and help keep deadlines, action items, and follow-ups moving forward.
- Serve as a key coordination point between the CRO, the revenue team, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders.
- Help maintain alignment across multiple high-priority workstreams without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
Presentations and Executive Materials
- Create, refine, and polish board-ready and internal presentations.
- Turn rough inputs and working materials into clear, professional, and on-brand slides.
Events and Meetings
- Plan and coordinate logistics for team off-sites, customer and prospect events, quarterly business reviews, dinners, and other executive activities.
- Manage event logistics from initial planning through execution.
Travel, Expenses, and Personal Support
- Coordinate travel bookings and detailed itineraries.
- Manage executive expenses and related administrative processes.
- Handle select personal and lifestyle arrangements when needed to help keep professional and personal logistics running smoothly.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite leaders.
- Experience supporting a Chief Revenue Officer or another revenue or sales leader is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a Series B through Series D company, or a comparable high-growth environment where priorities move quickly and frequently change.
- Proven experience managing complex executive calendars and inboxes, including triaging communications, prioritizing requests, drafting responses, and maintaining control of a busy executive’s schedule and correspondence.
- Strong presentation-building skills using Google Slides and PowerPoint.
- Comfort working with modern business tools, including Slack, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, calendar and scheduling tools, and expense management platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound judgment regarding what requires executive attention and when an issue should be escalated.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to anticipate needs, identify important details, and take action with minimal direction.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to quickly build trust with executives who value reliability.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously while maintaining quality.
- Demonstrated experience using AI or automation tools to streamline administrative work and increase efficiency.
- Ability to handle high-stakes and sensitive responsibilities with exceptional discretion and professionalism.
