Role overview

You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, with a focus on creative sourcing, hard-to-find candidate profiles, strong candidate experience, and data-driven recruiting operations.

Recruiting scope

• Own searches from intake through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and close.
• Build sourcing strategies for niche, passive, and hard-to-find candidates.
• Support hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, calibrate profiles, and keep searches moving.
• Deliver fast, clear, and professional candidate communication at every stage.
• Use pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and improve pass-through rates and time-to-fill.
• Help build employer brand and talent networks in collectibles, fintech, and marketplace communities.

Systems and tools

• Use Greenhouse for pipeline hygiene, scorecards, structured interview plans, automations, reporting, and recruiting data.
• Use Claude and other AI tools to improve sourcing searches, personalize outreach, synthesize interview feedback, and automate repetitive recruiting work.

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Significant startup recruiting experience with niche, hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong sourcing ability, including building pipelines from scratch.
• Track record of excellent candidate experience.
• Deep Greenhouse expertise, including administration and optimization.
• Strong AI fluency, especially daily use of Claude in recruiting work.
• Strong judgment when assessing candidate signals for non-standard profiles.
• Ability to work independently and handle increasing responsibility.
• Experience recruiting in marketplaces, fintech, collectibles, or trust-sensitive consumer categories is a plus.
• Experience building recruiting processes, tooling, or employer brand from an early stage is a plus.
