About the Opportunity
This opportunity is with a growing technology organization developing a unified litigation platform that enables lawyers and paralegals to securely use language models and agentic AI throughout the litigation lifecycle. The platform supports enterprise customers, including major law firms and corporations, and is designed to help reduce the cost of litigation while expanding access to high-quality legal representation.
As the client base grows and product development accelerates, there is an increasing need for clear, accurate, and timely communication for clients and internal stakeholders. Documentation created in this role will support training and enablement, customer success, marketing, account management, sales, and external users.
What You’ll Do
- Own the organization, structure, and ongoing maintenance of the documentation library.
- Create clear, accurate, and useful product documentation for both internal and external audiences.
- Write internal and client-facing documentation explaining how to use the platform throughout each stage of the litigation lifecycle.
- Develop client-facing documentation for new and complex product features.
- Respond to client product questions with clear, accurate documentation on a quick-turnaround basis.
- Edit and refine product release notes so they are concise, relevant, and useful for clients.
Qualifications
- Ability to keep a growing documentation library organized and restructure it when needed.
- Ability to write documentation that goes beyond describing standard user interface actions and instead connects complex legal workflows with product capabilities.
- Strong curiosity and willingness to use all available resources to find accurate answers to complex or highly technical questions.
- Ability to create distinct internal guides for solutions architects, customer success teams, and training and enablement teams.
- Ability to create external, client-facing guides tailored to different user personas, including litigators, paralegals, eDiscovery specialists, and administrators.
- Proficiency in creating procedural, step-by-step guides, decision trees, and visual workflow diagrams that show users how to complete complex, multi-stage legal tasks within the platform.
- High attention to detail and the ability to polish automated product update notes.
- Ability to make technical updates clear, concise, and engaging.
- Ability to translate developer updates into client-focused value propositions.
Nice to Have
- Extensive knowledge of and familiarity with the litigation lifecycle, including how matters progress from early intake and eDiscovery through written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
