Pay: $18 - $21/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st shift, flexible start times at 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, or 8:00 AM

Role overview

You’ll support warehouse and logistics operations by receiving, storing, picking, moving, staging, and loading materials while safely operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

Warehouse responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Pick, count, stage, and prepare materials for shipping and customer orders.
  • Load and unload trucks.
  • Move materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Receive, store, and distribute products, tools, equipment, and inventory.
  • Sort and organize materials on racks, shelves, pallets, and designated storage locations.
  • Verify shipping, receiving, inventory, and operational documents for accuracy.
  • Build, tear down, and secure crates, containers, and packaging materials using hand tools.
  • Identify inventory discrepancies and operational concerns and report them to leadership.
  • Assist with training and basic guidance for new team members when needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in warehouse and staging areas.
  • Follow safety policies and warehouse procedures.
  • Support additional warehouse and logistics operations as assigned.

What you’ll need

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to read and complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use web-based systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Current forklift certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
  • Experience with RF scanners, inventory management systems, and warehouse software preferred.
  • Previous experience training or mentoring warehouse associates preferred.

  • Fast-paced warehouse and distribution setting.
  • Frequent forklift operation and material movement.
  • Standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift.
  • Exposure to shipping docks, warehouse equipment, and active logistics operations.
  • Team-oriented environment focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
