About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator is an execution-focused role responsible for bringing revenue-generating marketing campaigns to life through accurate scheduling, creative production support, and logistical coordination.
This position works across content, design, events, social media, and marketing operations while using AI-powered tools to support a consistent, high-volume marketing output. The role is closely tied to lead generation and supports campaigns designed to create qualified opportunities for the business.
What You’ll Do
- Create on-brand visual assets, including social media graphics, presentation decks, and promotional materials, using tools such as Canva AI.
- Support the tactical execution of demand generation campaigns, including landing pages, forms, email sends, and promotional assets.
- Ensure campaign components provide a clear and functional path from audience interest to captured leads.
- Manage the social media publishing calendar and schedule posts across relevant platforms.
- Create graphics using AI-assisted design tools and produce short-form video content designed to drive traffic and engagement with target audiences.
- Provide end-to-end logistical support for webinars, trade shows, and other marketing events.
- Coordinate event registration, prepare promotional assets, and support timely post-event follow-up.
- Help route event attendees and interested prospects to the appropriate sales follow-up process.
- Assist with HubSpot data entry, list building, and contact record maintenance.
- Help ensure leads are accurately captured, organized, and actionable for follow-up.
- Maintain the marketing calendar and keep project management tasks up to date.
- Provide administrative and operational support that helps the marketing team stay on schedule.
- Compile campaign, event, and social media performance data.
- Track lead volume and lead sources to support regular reporting on marketing performance and results.
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, or content production, ideally within an agency or fast-paced marketing team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Exposure to demand generation or lead-focused marketing.
- Understanding of how campaign assets and follow-up sequences work together to capture and convert interest.
- Hands-on experience creating visual content with Canva or similar design platforms.
- Comfort working with social media scheduling and publishing tools.
- Basic understanding of platform-specific best practices for LinkedIn and other social channels.
- Interest in the commercial side of marketing and willingness to learn how leads, opportunities, and bookings move through the sales funnel.
- Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining shared calendars, tracking deliverables, and providing status updates.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently from briefs and proactively raise questions before deadlines are affected.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to style, tone, and brand consistency.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting lead capture tools and processes such as forms, gated content, and email nurture sequences.
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation fundamentals, including list management and campaign tracking.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content and video tools such as Canva AI, Invideo, or Jasper.
- Experience providing logistical support for webinars, trade shows, or virtual events designed to generate leads.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Slack, and Google Workspace.
