Warehouse Staff

Pay: $17 - $20/hour

Job snapshot

You’ll help keep daily warehouse operations running smoothly by preparing pickup and delivery orders, handling inventory, operating a forklift, coordinating shipments, and supporting a clean, safe, organized work area.

Key tasks

• Operate a forklift.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup.
• Load, pack, wrap, label, and ship orders.
• Receive, unload, count, and stock physical inventory.
• Arrange product transportation using courier software.
• Organize the warehouse and work area.
• Keep shelves, inventory spaces, and workstations neat and free of hazards.
• Complete data entry, scan documents, and manage spreadsheets.
• Perform inventory tasks as needed.
• Assist with building maintenance as needed.
• Follow OSHA and company safety policies.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Experience and skills

• Shipping and receiving experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Clear communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow processes.
• Microsoft Office and internet navigation proficiency.
• Ability to complete accurate work in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of export and import shipment requirements is a plus.

Basic qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification at hire.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to move through and access all areas of the warehouse.
