Warehouse Associate

Employment type: Full-time

Pay: $18 - $21/hour

Role overview

You’ll support warehouse and production operations by keeping equipment and work areas clean, helping prepare machines for the next shift, performing basic quality checks, and assisting with safe, efficient manufacturing work.

Daily work

• Maintain cleanliness of manufacturing equipment and the production floor.
• Clean and prepare machines for the next shift.
• Assist with basic machine upkeep and housekeeping.
• Perform routine quality and visual checks.
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently as needed, with training provided.
• Complete repetitive routine tasks.
• Rotate between equipment or work areas as business needs require.
• Follow safety policies and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work with production team members to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No manufacturing experience required.
• Forklift certification is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform hands-on warehouse and production work throughout the shift.
