About the Role
This opportunity is for an experienced Senior Creative Designer who will lead and elevate the visual identity across marketing, sales, and customer-facing initiatives. This is a high-ownership role that combines creative strategy, visual storytelling, hands-on design execution, and brand leadership.
The successful candidate will develop creative direction while personally producing high-quality work across digital experiences, websites, campaigns, presentations, advertising, sales enablement materials, video concepts, and multimedia content. The role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and confidently transform incomplete ideas into polished creative solutions.
What You'll Do
Brand & Creative Direction
- Translate brand positioning, messaging, voice, and visual identity into distinctive creative experiences throughout the customer journey.
- Maintain and evolve visual systems across typography, imagery, illustration, data visualization, motion graphics, video, presentations, and digital experiences.
- Stay informed on emerging visual culture, digital experiences, and design trends while creating original work instead of following trends.
- Build practical templates, design guidelines, and asset libraries that improve consistency and efficiency.
- Present creative concepts with confidence and clearly explain the thinking behind design decisions.
Campaigns & Digital Experiences
- Develop creative concepts for brand campaigns, product launches, customer stories, vertical initiatives, and demand generation programs.
- Translate business objectives, audience insights, and messaging into creative solutions across paid media, owned channels, social media, email, websites, events, and sales initiatives.
- Design website pages, landing pages, email experiences, and ongoing enhancements within a Webflow environment.
- Use visual storytelling, product demonstrations, data visualization, motion graphics, and interactive elements to simplify complex concepts.
- Create designs with responsiveness, accessibility, usability, and conversion optimization in mind.
Content & Sales Materials
- Design executive presentations, sales decks, case studies, research reports, guides, product materials, and customer-facing collateral.
- Produce everyday marketing and sales assets including sell sheets, one-pagers, presentation updates, templates, charts, graphics, and resized creative assets.
- Translate complex advertising, product, measurement, and business concepts into compelling visual stories.
- Create diagrams, product illustrations, frameworks, and data visualizations.
- Support product launches and marketing initiatives with coordinated creative across web, email, presentations, social media, and sales materials.
- Deliver complete, accurate, and production-ready design files.
Video, Motion & Multimedia
- Develop video concepts, treatments, scripts, storyboards, and creative direction for brand, product, executive, and customer content.
- Create or edit motion graphics and video content when appropriate.
- Coordinate external partners for video production, website development, animation, and other creative projects.
- Build repeatable approaches for customer videos, product explainers, social content, website motion, and advertising creative.
- Leverage AI-powered tools for video production, image generation, editing, storyboarding, prototyping, and creative workflows.
Creative Operations
- Manage projects from initial brief through final delivery, including planning, timelines, stakeholder feedback, revisions, and production.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams without dedicated production or project management support.
- Prioritize work based on business impact, urgency, and available capacity.
- Coordinate freelancers, agencies, and external production partners as needed.
- Build efficient creative processes without unnecessary complexity.
- Identify recurring work that can be standardized into templates, systems, or self-service resources.

Qualifications
- 7-10 years of professional experience in brand, marketing, visual, or multidisciplinary design.
- Meaningful in-house design experience, preferably within a growing B2B technology, SaaS, media, advertising technology, or marketing technology environment.
- Experience working as a highly accountable designer within a lean organization.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across websites, marketing campaigns, presentations, content, video, social media, and sales enablement materials.
- Excellent visual design fundamentals with the ability to simplify complex products, business concepts, and data into compelling visual communication.
- Advanced proficiency with Webflow, Figma, Canva, Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Working knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or storyboarding.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and comfort receiving direct feedback.
- Willingness to personally execute creative work while maintaining high quality and consistency.
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Krea, Gamma, or similar platforms within a professional creative workflow.
- Ability to demonstrate how AI improves ideation, imagery, presentations, video production, prototyping, versioning, and creative execution.
- Willingness to evaluate new AI tools, build efficient workflows, and determine when AI-generated content is appropriate or unsuitable.
- Hands-on experience with Webflow publishing is highly preferred.
- Experience with connected TV, streaming video, performance advertising, or advertising technology is considered an advantage.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, video editing, or production direction is a plus.
- Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or external production partners is preferred.
- Familiarity with creative testing, content versioning, or performance analytics is beneficial.
- Copywriting, headline development, or verbal branding experience is considered an advantage.
- Strong storytelling and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work across websites, campaigns, presentations, video, and production design.
- Comfort transforming incomplete briefs into practical creative solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a lean, fast-moving environment with limited operational support.
